Outshining the Competition workshops are designed to address the needs of individuals who want to hone their interpersonal skills in meetings, via electronic communication or when entertaining. Whether you're a seasoned professional, pursuing new career goals or actively involved in civic and charitable organizations, this program provides you with the skills to feel more confident and poised in any social or professional situation.
Dining with Distinction formal dining tutorials are the ideal solution for those individuals who are perplexed by a plethora of forks and get butterflies at the thought of navigating a seven-course meal. These 3-hour programs will help you acquire the social graces necessary for fine dining.
One-On-One Executive Coaching programs are tailored to the specific needs of an individual. Personal coaching is ideal for:
- the industry leader who is a key player in an organization and has unique needs that would not be suitably met in a group environment
- the 'diamond-in-the-rough', technically brilliant but socially inept, who needs special attention
- individuals who want a program more tailored to their social or professional needs than that provided by our workshops
- individuals with time constraints that can only be met by a one-on-one program
Tele-Classes are the ideal solution when our New York City based workshops and coaching do not meet your geographic needs. Tele-classes are 45 minutes in length with 10 to 30 participants who call in from their own office or home to attend these interactive programs. Each topic-specific tele-class focuses on one area of achievement for a fast and economical way to acquire professional polish.
Etiquette/Protocol Trainer Certification programs are designed for those individuals interested in becoming etiquette and protocol advisers.
