Born in the South and raised and educated in and around Boston, Rosanne Fluet combines Brahmin polish and sophistication with warm southern manners to make her seminars relaxed, highly informative and, above all, fun.

Immediately prior to joining Etiquette International, Rosanne was the independent marketing representative to American advertising agencies for Canadian television commercial directors and editors. In her twelve years of experience as a manager and marketing executive in the stressful, competitive and creative film production and advertising industries, Rosanne has had the opportunity to deal with behavior that, at times, ranged from bad to abominable.

Etiquette International clients benefit from her years of experience in handling demanding clients, while also managing people and projects. Rosanne excels at developing relationships. Knowing from firsthand experience what works and what doesn't, Rosanne guides clients through the peaks and pitfalls of business etiquette and entertaining issues. With a BS in Communications from Fitchburg State College and formal training at The New Theater Conservatory in Boston, Rosanne's clients also benefit from her extensive knowledge of personal image, voice, and body language to help them present themselves in the best possible light. And, Rosanne applies and integrates her acting lessons into her presentations to make them animated and humorous as well as enlightening.
